POLARIS INTERACTIVE SCHOOL is a school which prepares its students to be successful lifelong learners by maintaining a program that encourages collaborative learning with an emphasis on building conceptual understanding, promoting critical thinking, and the development of sound academic habits. POLARIS INTERACTIVE SCHOOL is a dynamic community sustained by a passion for learning. Teachers, from Kindergarten to X-Levels, create educational experiences that foster intellectual curiosity and imagination grounded in disciplined study. Students find their individual voice through open discussion, independent thought and a pursuit of new challenges.
All students at our school shall be encouraged to participate in sports. Each year students of grades 1 through X shall have sports options including but are not limited to cricket, football, throw-ball, basketball and athletics for both genders and are divided into age-appropriate groups. The program is managed by full time specialist coaches. Each year our school shall participate in many inter-school tournaments, of which many shall be hosted and organized by the school. Levels of commitment and competition are high and these activities shall help in a child’s overall development.
What the school aims to achieve in every student is more than just literacy.The school provides the necessary physical, emotional and aesthetic environment to help students achieve balance and equilibrium in life, both in relation to self and to the rest of the world. They will learn to be skeptical yet optimistic, doubting yet positive, intellectually uncomfortable yet constructive, competitive yet not destructive.
We try to create a harmonious atmosphere in the classroom; a colorful ambience makes learning an enjoyable, fun filled experience through various mediums such as songs, dance, art, story-telling sessions, interesting activity sheets and class-projects. With smiles, we can cover a miles!
